Best and easiest fundraising platform we have found in 20 Years! It's easy to integrate into our website, emails and social media. The auction software works great for both in-person and online auctions. We also utilize the text to donate function, which is great in today's giving environment.

Having the ability to run a silent online auction, sell tickets, and accept donations in lieu of ticket purchases (or in addition) was a game-changer that led us to nearly double our annual event's overall income. The platform is very intuitive and live chat support 7 days a week was very helpful!

I love that we can run a simple online fundraising campaign or an auction + fundraiser + 
in-person event. The platform has everything we need. Our emailing and fundraising platform and events platform were all previously separate. It is super helpful to have one platform that integrates all of those. I love that donors can donate in various ways. They can choose a credit card, PayPal, or Venmo. They can also use a QR code, link, or text-to-donate, which makes it easy to get donors to the website. The checkout process is also smooth. We can require people to cover any transaction fees, which is very helpful to ensure every penny goes into our nonprofit! The tickets/events feature is also beneficial, and we can create promo codes for recurring or major donors. Lastly, donors can also choose to give monthly, quarterly, etc.

Givebutter makes it easier than other donation websites to connect with donors. I love how I can sell tickets directly on the platform, which is how we as a nonprofit in the music industry make the most of our money! They have a very good guide and testimonials that help me understand as a user the best way to take advantage of all the tools they have to offer. I really love the team behind the platform and it's clear that they have a strong vision for the company and have built a community around the fundraising tools and experiences they have built over the years.
